HCM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vacancy: 02<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure daily operations are completed as per Import\/ export procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Well co-ordinate with relevant team (Sale\/ export, Import\/ Logistics\/ Invoicing) to make sure whole process is properly follow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle documentation for import- export shipments from get booking until close a file, including main jobs below:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Check and update schedules of carriers, airlines, co-loaders as required to clients\/sales; and send the booking upon request of sales\/client, Get booking with carrier\/ co-loader<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Make all documents (billing, filling AMS\/ACI\/AFR, sending pre-alert, do payment \u2026.) to finish the import &#8211; export process<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Open customs declarations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Follow and report cargo schedule<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Daily update data into company\u2019s system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist and report to Operation Manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Others jobs as per BOD\u2019s requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>University graduated, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime and so on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in Chinese&nbsp;<strong>(Chinese is preferred),<\/strong>&nbsp;English (listening, speaking and writing skill) &#8211;
