RESPONSIBILITY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Receive requested information from the University Director\/Head of Department to prepare necessary contracts to send to customers.
Learn about market fluctuations, competitors, and customer needs, then collect data and write reports to analyze and propose future directions.
Collect feedback: Collect customer opinions to improve products and services to be more suitable to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Search for customers: Actively search for customers, individuals and organizations that are in need of purchasing products and services related to Logistics \/ Warehousing \/ Customs Procedures \/ Freight \/ Barges \/ Customer consulting products on specialized import policy procedures
Customer contact: Contact, meet, communicate with customers directly or indirectly via email or phone.
Setting goals: Sales staff must also have a comprehensive view of the market, customers and targets to consider allocating resources and time to ensure the set goals. Assisting the Board of Directors and department heads.
Manage and properly perform specialized tasks.

Job requirements
Level of knowledge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
College graduate majoring in foreign trade, economics, logistics, or related majors.
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Language: English (listening, reading, writing) proficient
Skill:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Proficient in computers, good problem solving skills.
Good communication, intelligent and sensitive in behavior.
Ability to synthesize, construct, analyze and evaluate problems.
Have the qualities of being careful, strict and able to withstand high pressure.
Able to work in groups and independently.
Good negotiation ability, accurate, scientific, confidential
Experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minimum experience of 3 years or more (in case of recruitment and job handover).
