Position: Import-Export Sales Officer (Chinese)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. SELLING<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Search, approach and establish good relationships with foreign partners to expand the market through channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Receive purchasing needs from foreign partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Conduct consultation and negotiation with foreign partners on the need to import Hoa Sen products (prices, product specifications, etc.), logistics requirements (transportation – receiving methods, ports import, delivery time,..) as well as related content (payment method, payment time,..).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Report and feedback to superiors on price situation to keep up with general market trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      2. CUSTOMER SERVICE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Regularly exchange, capture and respond to customer needs about Hoa Sen’s services and products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Resolve inadequacies in the purchasing process as well as complaints about service quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Schedule a reception as well as a guided tour of the Hoa Sen factory when foreign customers work in Vietnam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        3. OPERATIONS – EXPORT PROCESS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Monitor production progress and delivery of export orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Support and liaise with other Departments\/Departments in arranging and checking payment, insurance, and freight forwarding operations to ensure work progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Ensure accurate completion of Export-related operations in the Internal Information System <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Level<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Education level: University or higher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Professional qualifications: Economics, Law, Business Administration,\u2026 knowledge of Import and Export.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Foreign language:\u00a0Chinese (advanced)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              2. Experience<\/strong>: No experience required, training will be provided, priority will be given to candidates with an export business orientation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              3. Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Communicate, negotiate, persuade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Judging, handling situations, managing data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Proficient in office computers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
