Propose to participate in international exhibitions and fairs if appropriate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise the implementation of transaction activities, contract negotiations, preparation of documents, transportation, and delivery of import and export goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop regulations, procedures and Distributor policies in managing international sales activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify common risks in international business activities and establish risk control plans;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make periodic reports as requested by the Board of Directors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other tasks as authorized or directed by Direct Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>KNOWLEDGE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Specialized qualifications: University graduate or higher majoring in Foreign Trade\/International Business\/Business Administration,\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal knowledge: Understanding of international sales law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
