RECRUITING"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Position: <strong>Specialist &#8211; Imported Goods Purchase (Knows Chinese) &#8211; HCM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Search and evaluate NCC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact and interact with NCC to provide goods and services corresponding to the proposed needs of PNJP internal units:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For old NCCs and exclusive NCCs that have had regular transactions: interact to get quotes, create Contracts\/POs with terms that have been reviewed by PNJP Legislation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For new NCCs: find out NCC information on reliable, interactive platforms to get quotes; Prepare a table to compare prices, payment terms &#8211; delivery, production time of suppliers and propose to select suppliers in accordance with the criteria set by PNJP, maximizing business efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receiving and processing information related to orders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receive needs for goods and services from PNJP internal units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiate commercial terms and draw up Contracts\/POs to ensure balance of interests of the parties according to advice from PNJP Legal Department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Urging to ensure payment on schedule as agreed in the Contract to avoid affecting delivery time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Urge NCC to deliver goods as agreed to avoid affecting production and business progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timely report to Import and Export Management of cases of late delivery of goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.&nbsp;Manage NCC information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Synthesize, manage and update NCC information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
