Job description:
Check import documents
Prepare documents related to import orders such as taking inspection samples from competent authorities for special commodity groups, supporting documents for customers, shipping lines and providing necessary information.
Store and classify documents, arrange schedules for customers, grasp the status of shipping and receiving goods\u2026
Contact foreign agents to handle shipping procedures, transportation information,
Monitor, update and promptly report on the status of imported shipments.
Support other tasks as required
Qualifications and requirements:
Graduated from University or College majoring in import-export or have experience in making documents in the field of import-export
English 4 skills: Listening, speaking, reading, writing
Good communication skill
Skills to handle and resolve situations
Complete work on time.
Careful, meticulous, honest.
Time management skills and scientific paper organization.
Always be ready to learn
Working time:
Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm), lunch break: 12pm – 1pm
Saturday: 8am-12pm
Work address: 73 Duong Van An, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
Salary and benefits:
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience (negotiated during interview)
Remuneration: fully applied according to Vietnamese labor law (social insurance, 13th month salary, vacation, holidays, etc.)
*Time to start working: Immediately after passing the interview
