Fluent Chinese &#8211; HCM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Update shipping schedules of shipping companies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update the list and information of shipping companies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check prices and Sales requirements with shipping lines, follow up on requests to get early answers from agents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get booking from shipping company and coloader.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explain\/clarify the price provided to sales to avoid errors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report special cases\/trouble<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check bill of lading information with sales agents and customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support sales staff in case of problems with the shipment being handled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out work related to documents for import and export shipments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with accounting department to complete shipments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Level: Intermediate \/ College \/ University<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience: Have working experience of 6 months or more in a similar position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge: Know about the field of logistics for exports to the US.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skills: Good communication skills in English or&nbsp;Chinese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abilities: Good teamwork ability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Right:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salary: negotiable + attendance bonus + commission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. (closed on Sundays, only on duty on Saturdays when required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lunch break 1 hour and 30 minutes.<br>&#8211;&nbsp;Had birthdays and snacks at the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance according to regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign a labor contract ahead of schedule if the probationary results are good.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company trips and other bonuses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff are trained in professional knowledge and company culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>OTHER INFORMATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Age: No age limit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salary: 10 Million &#8211;
