Identify potential partner subcontractors and develop strong working relationships with them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand market rates for main transport lanes in Vietnam and work with subcontractors to ensure that Toll is sourcing the most competitive rates possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in regular subcontractor performance reviews and help to manage subcontractors and ensure they are compliant to legislative and safety requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet with customers to develop a detailed understanding of their business requirements and future objectives and develop solutions consistent with those requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present solutions to customers in a confident and professional manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly engage with and build solid working relationships with other internal business departments including BD, SCS, procurement, operations, finance, IT, HR and HSSE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present solutions for internal sign off citing potential risks to the business and strategies that have been applied for risk mitigation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage daily Operations transport executions and P&amp;L of each account in line with Ops leaders and allocated transport supervisors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet expected budgets and plans of Transportation department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Y\u00eau C\u1ea7u C\u00f4ng Vi\u1ec7c<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 years or more working experience in a Transportation solutions, planning, and\/or operations as the same role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Undergraduate qualifications in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering and\/or Transportation. Master\u2019s in Transportation\/Logistics\/ Supply Chain Management and\/or MBA is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to use English at work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IE\/Lean\/Six Sigma or equivalent competencies an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
