Rapporteur: HSU Student Group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>AT A GLANCE ABOUT THE REPORTER<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Master Nguyen Thi Ngoc is an expert in social work and clinical psychology with 25 years of experience.\u00a0Ms. Ngoc has been in charge of the Trade Union work of the Ministry of Industry and Trade for 30 years.\u00a0Currently, Ms. Ngoc is a social work specialist and psychological consultant for several Social Work Centers, the DRD Center for Disabilities and Development, the Women&#8217;s Cultural House, and the Psychology Department of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital.\u00a0Ms. Ngoc is also guest teaching social work at Labor University 2 and Ho Chi Minh City Buddhist Academy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nguyen Quoc Phong &amp;
