On June 25, 2023, the “Lawy Club of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law” of Hoa Sen University, under professional direction in terms of content, organized a seminar with the topic “COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION AND COMMERCIAL MEDIATION IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION\u201d aims to provide students and graduate students doing research in this field.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With today’s globalization and modernization trend, many opportunities have been created for businesses to expand and cooperate internationally.\u00a0However, along with those favorable conditions, disputes in the commercial field are inevitable when traders sign contracts related to production and business activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
