Tomorrow\u2019ing: Visions of a better future<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we enter 2024, the world is confronted by a waning sense of optimism, with urgent social, political, and economic issues front of mind for people around the globe. So, what can we do to build a more optimistic vision of tomorrow\u2019s world?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s prize invites emerging artists to tackle some of the world\u2019s most pressing issues and act as a beacon of hope in the pursuit of a better tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who may enter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition is open to emerging artists aged 18 or over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may enter the Competition if You are an emerging artist who has either graduated from a relevant undergraduate degree course since 1 January 2019 or otherwise are within the first 5 years of your professional artistic practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Short description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Global creative solutions company\u00a0M&C Saatchi Group<\/a>\u00a0and London\u2019s iconic\u00a0Saatchi Gallery<\/a>\u00a0have announced the third edition of their annual international art initiative \u2013 the Art for Change Prize.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year’s theme is ‘Tomorrow’ing: Visions of a better future’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c<\/strong> The 2024 theme, \u2018Tomorrow\u2019ing: Visions of a better future\u2019, invites emerging artists to tackle some of the world\u2019s most pressing issues and act as a beacon of hope in the pursuit of a better tomorrow.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accepted media includes painting, drawing, illustration, photography, video & film, collage and 2D mixed-media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One application per artist is permitted with a maximum of five artworks accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total prize fund of \u00a320,000 will be split between six regional winners (Americas, Asia, Australia & New Zealand, Europe, Middle East & Africa and UK), five to receive \u00a32,000<\/strong> each and one overall winner to receive \u00a310,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All artists will exhibit their winning works in a dedicated exhibition at Saatchi Gallery in London.<\/p>\n<\/div>
