1. A Day as a TV Editor at Thanh Nien Newspaper Studio for HSU-DMU Students<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Kicking off the September events were the fresh and exciting experiences for Hoa Sen – De Montfort students, taught directly by the editors and reporters of Thanh Nien Newspaper.<\/p>\n\n\n

During a learning trip to Thanh Nien Newspaper\u2019s headquarters, the freshmen got to “step into the shoes” of a TV editor and try their hand at delivering short news clips like a TV host in the newsroom. Previously, Hoa Sen University and Thanh Nien Newspaper signed a cooperation agreement, meaning students will be taught by a team of professional reporters and editors from Thanh Nien\u2014a highly anticipated experience!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. “Back to School” with DMUers<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pickleball, the popular international sport, has officially landed at Hoa Sen. Not only does it help students stay fit, but it also provides an opportunity to connect with international friends. Who’s excited to try this hot new sport at Hoa Sen?<\/p>\n\n\n

3. Exciting “GO GLOBAL” Trips to South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In September, students of the Hoa Sen Go Global program explored international destinations such as South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.<\/p>\n\n\n

During these trips, students delved into top-notch culture and education, met with prominent leaders, had the opportunity to experience learning at prestigious universities, and explored the latest technologies from renowned corporations. Moreover, the freshmen learned how to tackle real-world business problems and received praise from esteemed instructors! Particularly in Thailand, they not only had a blast at the largest Food & Hospitality event in Southeast Asia but also learned about advanced technologies and modern business models. These trips surely left a lasting impression on the students!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Proud to Be the Destination for International Students \u2013 Welcoming Friends from France, Belgium, Taiwan…<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Recently, HSU hosted a meeting with representatives from UOW College Australia to expand collaboration opportunities and international student exchanges. New projects promise to make HSU a knowledge bridge between Vietnam and the world. Hoa Sen is proud to be an ideal destination for students from France, Belgium, Taiwan, and more, offering international-standard teaching and rich cultural exchange opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Hoa Sen Community Reaches Out to Support Northern Vietnam<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the wake of severe damage caused by Storm No. 3 in Northern Vietnam, the leadership, faculty, staff, and students of HSU contributed financial support to help those affected by the storm. This heartfelt contribution is a small act of kindness towards the people of Northern Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n

6. Inauguration of the India Corner at HSU Library: A Cultural and International Cooperation Bridge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The inauguration of the India Corner at the HSU library marks the expansion of international relations, offering students more opportunities to study and research the rich culture and education of India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Opening Ceremony of the Hoa Sen \u2013 De Montfort Program: Starting the Global Citizen Journey<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the morning of September 27th, Hoa Sen University officially held the Opening Ceremony for the Hoa Sen \u2013 De Montfort International Program (UK), kicking off the 2024-2025 academic year with great enthusiasm. We warmly welcome the new students to the Hoa Sen \u2013 De Montfort Program and wish them a successful and energetic academic year, full of achievements and preparation for their future careers.<\/p>\n\n\n
