On November 18, 2025, Hoa Sen University (HSU) hosted the Signing Ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dong-Eui University (DEU) \u2013 a well-established private university in Busan, Korea. The event took place at HSU\u2019s Nguyen Van Trang campus with the participation of senior leaders from both institutions, representatives from Mekonglink, and the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade.
