{"id":10678,"date":"2025-09-04T11:02:33","date_gmt":"2025-09-04T04:02:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hoasen.edu.vn\/hsu-iie\/?p=10678"},"modified":"2025-09-04T11:07:32","modified_gmt":"2025-09-04T04:07:32","slug":"hsu-law-psychology-students-shine-at-p2a-competition-winning-first-and-third-place-across-asean","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hoasen.edu.vn\/hsu-iie\/en\/hsu-law-psychology-students-shine-at-p2a-competition-winning-first-and-third-place-across-asean\/","title":{"rendered":"HSU LAW &#8211; PSYCHOLOGY STUDENTS SHINE AT P2A COMPETITION, WINNING FIRST AND THIRD PLACE ACROSS ASEAN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In August 2025, two outstanding students from Hoa Sen University proved their talent at the international <strong>P2A Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines \u2013 Season 2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bui Nguyen Thanh<\/strong> \u2013 a second-year Law student (TreatSeas team) won <strong>First Prize<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nguyen Thi Hai Trieu<\/strong> \u2013 a third-year Psychology student (Travel-Ion team) secured <strong>Third Prize<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s competition brought together more than 150 students from 15 universities across the P2A network, divided into 27 interdisciplinary and cross-national teams. The challenge was to address the theme: <em>\u201cEnhancing ASEAN Tourism Experiences through AI-powered Healthcare Solutions.\u201d<\/em> It was not only an academic playground but also a hands-on opportunity for students to immerse in a truly international environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HSU\u2019s Award-Winning Projects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfc6 <em>First Prize \u2013 TreatSeas<\/em>: Developed a <strong>Medical &amp; Health Tourism Journey App<\/strong>, delivering innovative solutions that bridge tourism and healthcare.<br>\ud83e\udd49 <em>Third Prize \u2013 Travel-Ion<\/em>: Introduced a project on <strong>Cultural Shock Reduction &amp; Health Tourism in Thailand<\/strong>, aiming to help travelers adapt more easily during their journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the competition, Thanh and Trieu collaborated with peers from diverse cultural backgrounds across ASEAN. Despite working remotely, they showcased <strong>teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication skills<\/strong>, achieving remarkable success together with their teammates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Significance for HSU Students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This achievement highlights the <strong>creativity, global mindset, and cross-cultural collaboration<\/strong> of HSU students, affirming their confidence and capability to compete on the international stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bui Nguyen Thanh shared:<\/strong><br>\u201cBy joining this competition, I had the chance to work with students from various ASEAN countries. The differences in culture and working styles created an exciting collaborative environment, helping me learn how to connect, listen, and work toward a common goal.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Thanh, his advantage in this competition came from his <strong>proactiveness, eagerness to learn, and teamwork skills<\/strong>. Representing Hoa Sen University with confidence and responsibility also gave him extra motivation to perform at his best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe award is not just a personal achievement but the result of the whole team\u2019s effort. This experience gave me valuable practical knowledge, multicultural teamwork skills, and great motivation to keep learning and growing,\u201d Thanh expressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2048\" height=\"2048\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hoasen.edu.vn\/hsu-iie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2025\/09\/540770647_1195329819287950_6874116409030571552_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10673\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nguyen Thi Hai Trieu shared:<\/strong><br>\u201cWhen I learned about the competition from seniors, I knew it was a creative and international platform. The fact that it involved friends from ASEAN made it even more exciting as it opened up opportunities for cultural exchange and learning. Since the topic this year focused on healthcare science, which is closely related to my major, I felt really inspired.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Trieu, participating in the competition was a chance to apply her knowledge to practice, especially in designing tours. Along the way, she was fortunate to meet many new friends who were dynamic, kind, and open-minded. Despite facing time management challenges due to geographical differences among team members, her group was able to achieve remarkable results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe greatest value I gained was the opportunity to learn and connect with friends from different cultures. The competition not only strengthened my professional knowledge but also sharpened my teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
