Mindfulness is regarded as an evidence-based practice that has been extensively studied and applied to enhance attention, emotional regulation, and psychological well-being in everyday life.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To create a space for learning, experiential practice, and meaningful connection for individuals interested in mindfulness and mental health, the Institute of Psychology, Faculty of Languages \u2013 Psychology, Hoa Sen University, in collaboration with Mindful Self-Compassion, is organizing a workshop with the theme: \u201cMindfulness Every Day, A Fuller Life Always\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Target participants:<br><\/strong>&#8211; Psychology program students;<br>&#8211; Lecturers and psychotherapists; and,<br>&#8211; Individuals interested in Mindfulness and mental health care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Workshop Highlights<br><\/strong>&#8211; Discover the fundamentals of mindfulness and how it can be applied in everyday life;<br>&#8211; Experience mindfulness through meditation, mindful walking, and emotional awareness exercises; and,<br>&#8211; Share reflections and explore practical ways to maintain mindfulness practice daily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop features seasoned speakers in the fields of Mindfulness and applied psychology:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; Dr. Mitchell Ratner, Mindfulness Leader:&nbsp;<\/strong>A disciple who received the lineage from Thich Nhat Hanh in 2001, he is the co-founder of The Still Water Mindfulness Practice Center, USA. He has many years of experience in teaching, research, and writing on mindfulness, mindful communication, and mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; Ms. Nguyen Hoang Chieu Anh, MA:<\/strong>&nbsp;Co-founder and program developer of the Self-Compassion Community in Viet Nam.
