At such times, a brand\u2019s image and its long-established reputation are severely challenged.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aiming to equip students and offer media professionals with a deeper understanding of media crises and practical response skills, the Faculty of Marketing \u2013 Communication, Hoa Sen University (HSU), will organize a seminar on \u201cMedia Crisis \u2013 A Test of Brand Resilience\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Distinguished speakers: The seminar will feature presentations by seasoned experts in marketing and brand management, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ms. Le Thuy Truc Ngu, Marketing Manager, Van Hanh Mall; and,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mr. Ha Cao Thao, Former Deputy Director of Communications &amp; Brand Management, NovaGroup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Through real-world case studies, the speakers will explore how media crises develop and affect brands, and share practical experience in crafting crisis management plans, restoring reputations, and reinforcing public trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Learning from Crises for Growth in the Communications Profession<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Going beyond trending social media topics, the seminar offers participants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A holistic view of how media crises emerge and evolve in the digital era;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategic thinking skills to navigate media risks; and,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on lessons from real business cases in crisis management and reputation control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This seminar offers HSU students and individuals interested in marketing and communications an opportunity to access practical knowledge, strengthen professional competencies, and prepare for a rapidly evolving work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the digital era, a media crisis can ignite in seconds, from one statement, action, or piece of information spreading uncontrollably.
