The workshop explores how Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is applied in mental health care and its role in treating mental health conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this workshop, participants will explore how DBT balances acceptance and change, and learn essential skills for managing distress, regulating emotions, and navigating interpersonal relationships.
