On August 11, 2025, representatives from the Grand Hyatt Nashville Hotel visited Hoa Sen University (HSU) to conduct interviews with students from the Hoa Sen Elite Hotel Management Program<\/a>. Recognized as one of the leading luxury hotels in Nashville under the Hyatt Group, Grand Hyatt Nashville represents the highest standards of global hospitality excellence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5-star hotel leaders come to HSU to recruit interns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The recruiting delegation comprised Mr. Marc Sternagel, General Manager of Grand Hyatt Nashville; Mr. Gideon Packianathan, Director of Human Resources; and Mr. David Causer, President of Business Development at Global Educational Concepts. At the meeting, the hotel representatives introduced the working environment, international service standards, and career development opportunities in Hotel Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the exchange session, five outstanding HSU Hotel Management students, Quach Thanh Dat, Luu Le Minh Man, Ha Hoang Phi, Nguyen Thanh Truc, and Nguyen Thi Thao Van, had the opportunity to interview directly with the General Manager and Director of Human Resources of Grand Hyatt. The hotel representatives commended the students for their strong professional knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and confident attitude. Consequently, all five students were selected for internship positions at a 5-star hotel in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Confident Interview Spirit of HSU Students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Reflecting on the interviews, Mr. Marc Sternagel<\/strong> expressed his admiration: \u201cThe students demonstrated excellent training and preparation for their careers. I was genuinely impressed and inspired by their attitude and skills. If possible, I would take them all to the Grand Hyatt immediately. They already know the technical aspects; what we offer are practical skills in professional conduct, problem-solving, and leadership in a global 5-star hotel context\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I applied for the Front Office position at Grand Hyatt Nashville. At first, I was nervous about interviewing directly with an international hotel manager. However, thanks to the knowledge I gained from HSU\u2019s Hotel Management program and my experience at major hotels, I was confident in answering every question. This is a great opportunity for me to learn and open career doors in the top 5-star hotel environment in the U.S. that HSU has made possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
