- Utilize an electronic touch screen to collect losing or pay winning bets, that automatically identifies each result of the game;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Follows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing the intoxication of guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Customer Service & Marketing Promotion (15%) <\/strong>Inform to guest of continually changing promotional events and services<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Knowledgeable and promoting Club Rewards Program, promotions, and IGT Player interface,<\/li>\n\n\n\n

- Recommend Palazzo Club Rewards Program to players not using a membership card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

- Record customer complaints and resolve problems to restore and promote good public relations for ultimate customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
