{"id":2708,"date":"2023-11-02T11:14:50","date_gmt":"2023-11-02T04:14:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hoasen.edu.vn\/dl\/?p=2708"},"modified":"2023-11-02T11:37:54","modified_gmt":"2023-11-02T04:37:54","slug":"pallazo-club-bussiness-development-representative","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hoasen.edu.vn\/dl\/pallazo-club-bussiness-development-representative\/","title":{"rendered":"[PALLAZO CLUB] BUSSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">MAIN&nbsp;TASKS&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Initiates&nbsp;phone&nbsp;contact&nbsp;with&nbsp;premium&nbsp;patrons to&nbsp;drive&nbsp;trips.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolves&nbsp;all high-end&nbsp;patrons&#8217;&nbsp;requests\/disputes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconciles&nbsp;all comps outside&nbsp;of&nbsp;point redemption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintains a&nbsp;detailed record&nbsp;of&nbsp;premium patron&nbsp;comments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handles&nbsp;all hotel&nbsp;upgrades&nbsp;for&nbsp;expected&nbsp;arrivals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Welcomes guests, provides exceptional customer service, encourages guests to enroll&nbsp;guests in theMembership\/Tier Program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develops&nbsp;relationships with&nbsp;VIP Club&nbsp;guests&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;incremental&nbsp;visits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinates&nbsp;complimentary, special&nbsp;services&nbsp;and&nbsp;hospitality&nbsp;for&nbsp;identified&nbsp;guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversees,&nbsp;solicits, and&nbsp;identifies&nbsp;new gaming&nbsp;guests for&nbsp;the&nbsp;players&#8217;&nbsp;club program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meets&nbsp;and&nbsp;greets players&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;Club&nbsp;floor,&nbsp;at&nbsp;special&nbsp;events&nbsp;and&nbsp;promotions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;retention of&nbsp;existing&nbsp;guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arranges&nbsp;for&nbsp;special&nbsp;services&nbsp;related&nbsp;to&nbsp;top&nbsp;tier&nbsp;players.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answers all inquiries concerning the Tier program and explains Tier Program&nbsp;benefits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participates in various promotional programs and activities of the department as&nbsp;required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotes the use of the Tier Program cards by approaching customers on the&nbsp;Club&nbsp;floor that are currently not using the card.
