1. “Transformation of Con Dao (Vietnam) from a prison island to tourism paradise”, do Đại học Hoa Sen tài trợ và hợp tác với 

Dr. Bui Thanh Huong, Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan – 2015-2016 Báo cáo full paper đã được trình bày tại Hội thảo Association for Asian Studies IN ASIA Conference, Japan 2016/6/24-27và đang bổ sung dữ liệu để viết thành bài báo khoa học đăng trên tạp chí khoa học có bình duyệt. Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan tài trợ chi phí tham dự Hội thảo     

2. ”A comparison of destination brand image between Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City”, Đại học Asia Pacific University, Japan chủ trì, hợp tác với Dr. Bui Thanh Huong, Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan và Dr. Le Tuan Anh, Southern Cross University, Australia     2016-2017     Đã thu thập được 414 phiếu khảo sát ở TP Hồ Chí Minh và 600 phiếu ở Hà Nội. Dự kiến sẽ viết thành một chương sách. ĐH Hoa Sen tài trợ 12,500,000 (kinh phí cộng tác viên phát phiếu, nhập liệu cho mẫu ở TP. Hồ Chí Minh) và Southern Cross University, Australia.

3. Tham luận về phương pháp nghiên cứu tại Seminar “Thematic analysis and exampled studies” – Đại học Bách khoa TPHCM. Lê Minh Thành, 2016.

4. World Conference on Hospitality, Tourism and Event Research (WHTER) & International Convention and Expo Summit 2015 “New Paradigm Era and Roles of Tourism” in South Korea. Topic: “The real project-based design and its link to enhanced effectiveness of hospitality management courses in Vietnam”, Dr. Lê Minh Thành.

5. The international conference themed Managing International Higher Education: Issues and Challenges in Cross Border Engagements” jointly organized by SIAS International University, China and Fort Hays State University, USA, during May 27-28, 2016 in China. Title: “Whether cross-cultural experiences are becoming a real professional competency: The case of hospitality students in their oversea exchange programs”. The paper has been accepted for presentation at the conference. Dr. Lê Minh Thành.
