Combining value-added and management services with traditional fulfilment and distribution, our customized, integrated logistics solutions drive efficiency, improve quality and create competitive advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in sourcing and attracting talents for various open roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct CV sourcing, initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep applicant tracking system updated and organized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and coordinate employer branding events, job fairs, Management Trainee program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and support the onboarding experience for new hires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design communication materials (banners, presentations, backdrops, etc.) for employer branding activities and HR projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide additional support for talent acquisition &amp; HR tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support company events, employee engagement activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other tasks assigned by line manager<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Final-year student or recent graduate, available to work full-time for 6 months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, graphic design tools and video editing (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented, proactive, passionate about HR and eager to learn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Linkedln: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/4217728382\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/4217728382<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About Us DHL Supply Chain is the world\u2019s leading contract logistics provider.
