Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>L&amp;D Tasks (80%):<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work with brand (Fashion, Come Home, Kubo and others coming brands) and Shared service (Logistics, Merchandise, Store Design &amp; Brand Development, Finance) in developing training activities, initiatives and plan to deliver business needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and update training policy and procedures in line with updated requirements and practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and coach the training team to deliver training activities effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage to ensure effective training plan implementation, including review of program design &amp; delivery, action plan follow up, evaluation, measurement, etc. Prepare and conduct training &amp; follow up within required timeline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Engagement Tasks (20%):<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Being able to create, design banner, poster, social post, backdrop for activities\/events via Photoshop\/Canva\/Adobe Illustrator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measure and drive reach, engagement, interaction, viewer and make monthly reports for the activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan, implement and ensure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brainstorm ideas for programs, activities, and events to engage all employees of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>II. Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3rd or 4th year students of public relations, journalism, foreign languages, marketing, or related majors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Have a great passion or career orientation in Human Resources<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent in English written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in MS Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication, planning ideas\/ concepts, writing &amp; presentation skill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can use skillfully design tools: Ai, Canva, Ps \u2026<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be well-organized, creative, dynamic and self initiative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Years of experience: Not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>III.
