Although the student response rate declined slightly to 48.48%, the results indicate that student satisfaction with course content and materials, as well as lecturers\u2019 teaching activities, remained high, exceeding 85%, with no significant disparity between the two categories. All faculties received a high level of satisfaction or above. The results show high satisfaction levels, with 88% of students satisfied with faculty teaching and 87.8% pleased with course content and materials. All faculties received positive ratings, with the Faculty of Hospitality achieving the highest satisfaction scores (90.2% for course and materials, 91.2% for lecturers&#8217; teaching activities).
