These are important factors that help young people confidently enter the real working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HSU Programming Challenge 2025: A launchpad for future programmers&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The learning space at the Faculty is equipped with modern laboratory systems, with study guided by a team of lecturers rich in practical experience, well-trained in countries with advanced education, and technology experts from leading enterprises. This is a great advantage in connecting academic knowledge with the demands of the global workforce.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A major differentiator for students of the Faculty of Information Technology at Hoa Sen University is their ability to integrate into the labor market while still studying. Each student will undergo two mandatory corporate internships (at the end of year 2 and year 4) and regularly participate in field trips to companies like VNG, Bosch, HRS Group, etc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a survey from June 2025 by the HSU Center for Student Experience and Corporate Relations, 94% of Information Technology students are employed before graduation.
