TAX & TREASURY ASSISTANT

Salary: Negotiation

Location: HCMC Office - Binh Thanh District

Team: Finance & Accounting

Application deadline: 01/06 — 01/07/2023

Mission: to perform the operational task and guarantee the compliance for Tax and Treasury in accordance with the objectives of the Company

Your Responsibilities: 

Tax Part: 

• Manage daily invoices issued by system/ manually way to ensure the flows work well.
• Support the related team on customer‘s invoice matter requests.
• Support Tax Leader to prepare monthly/ quarterly tax declarations.
• Support Tax Leader to work with Tax Authorities on tax audit.
• Other tasks assigned by Tax Leader.

Treasury Part: 

• Preparation all kinds of payment (general expenses, import tax, refund customer, internal transfer etc) on regular basis.
• Work with Payment Services Provider for financial services.
• Prepare paperwork relating to bank, payment service providers.
• Other tasks assigned by Treasury Leader
