Key Responsibilities
● Assist the account team to collect, search information… for the client’ proposal, execute the projects: KOL management, internal coordination,....
● Responsible for the online community management across different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Zalo
● Responsible for the online community management across different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Zalo
● Check and reply to the comments and direct messages on social media channels
● Consolidate the insights from consumers’ dialogues & work out the comprehensive weekly and monthly report
● Follow protocols and notify the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis in order to manage any complaints and escalations
● Other tasks as assigned by your line manager
Key Qualities We Look For
● Graduates in their final semester or have recently graduated
● Preferably with experience of participating in marketing activities or digital marketing projects
● Live and breathe in digital, understand the industry and new trends ● Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
